Married (Carla Gutierrez) with one daughter, Andrea Victoria. 2011 Spent the majority of the season at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and hit .253 (41-for-162) with 6 doubles, 4HR and 21RBI in 47 games...began the season at the Major League level and played three (two starts) at catcher, batting .167 (1-for-6) with 1 double...following the season, appeared in 42 games with the Caribes de Anzoategui of the Venezuelan Winter League and hit .256 (31-for-121) with 7 doubles and 5RBI...in 17 postseason games (16 starts at catcher) with the Caribes, batted .295 (18-for-61) with 6HR and 17RBI...among postseason VWL batters, ranked second in slugging percentage (.639), tied for second in home runs and tied for third in RBI. 2010 Spent the majority of the year with Triple-A Pawtucket,
