Robert Alan Cassevah (Cass-eh-vuh)...Attended Pace High School (FL)...Originally signed by Tom Kotchman (Angels). 2012 Began season on disabled list with shoulder inflammation and made five rehab appearances at Inland Empire before being promoted to Triple-A Salt Lake...Made 13 relief appearances with Bees before being recalled by Angels on May 21...First big league appearance came on May 28 vs. New York-AL with 3.1 IP in relief allowing just one run on one hit, with two strikeouts...In four outings with Halos, posted a 1-0 record with a 7.20 ERA (5 IP - 4 ER)...Optioned back to Salt Lake on June 9...Posted a 4-1 record for season at Salt Lake with a 6.22 ERA (46.1 IP - 32 IP) in 44 relief appearances with 10 saves. 2011 Began season at triple-A Salt Lake, registering a 1-3 record with a 4.64 ERA (21.1 IP - 11 ER) in 18 appearances...Was recalled from Salt Lake, June 13...Made season debut, June 15th at Seattle...Finished season 1-1 with a 2.72 ERA (39.2 IP - 12 ER) in 30 appearances with Angels...His 2.72 ERA and 39.2 innings were career-bests...Posted a 1.54 ERA (11.2 IP - 2 ER) in the month of September with four holds, seven strikeouts, four walks, and a .150 batting average against...In 46 career games with Angels, owns a 2.87 ERA (59.2 IP - 19 ER). 2010 Made three separate stints with the Angels in 2010...Finished first tenure in Majors going 1-2 with a 3.15 ERA (20.0 IP - 7 ER) in 16 relief appearances...Allowed 23 hits (0 HR) while walking eight and striking out eight...
