Manny is a non-roster invitee to Spring Training with the Cubs for the second-straight season after signing a minor league contract with the club in February of 2016 … missed all of 2016 after undergoing Tommy John surgery ... has appeared in parts of eight big league seasons with Milwaukee (2007-12) and Cincinnati (2013-15), going 29-41 with one save and a 4.90 ERA (342 ER/628.0 IP) in 322 career games (74 starts)...
