Justin Marshall Ruggiano (roo-jee-AH-noh)… Justin and his wife Shelly have two children, Brooks Ryan (July 30, 2009) and Ava (March 26, 2012)…resides in Heath, Texas, located northeast of Dallas, and assisted in the relief efforts for the victims of the devastating Dec. 26, 2015 tornados in North Texas… also participated in the Rangers 2016 winter caravan… graduated from Texas A&M in 2004 as an agricultural and life sciences major…his family owns a ranch in Fort Stockton, Texas…his younger brother Brian was a catcher at Texas A&M and played in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization and in independent baseball from 2008-11.
