Signed by Ramon Pena (Tigers). 2011 Owned a string of 10.2 scoreless innings pitched (covering eight appearances) from 9/8-25...Earned his first win of the season on 8/15 vs. SF with a perfect ninth inning...Tossed 6.0 innings of shutout relief in 7/26's 19-inning victory over PIT. He allowed just two hits while striking out six. He did not walk a batter, throwing 88 pitches, 62 for strikes...Was recalled on 7/22 from Gwinnett (AAA) after being optioned on 7/2...Worked 4.0 perfect innings on 5/13 vs. PHI and retired all 12 batters faced. 2010 Began the season with Triple-A Gwinnett before joining Atlanta for three separate stints...Recalled by the Braves from Gwinnett (AAA) on 5/22, optioned back on 6/30. Recalled again on 8/5, optioned back on 8/30.
