Evan David Meek…Played one season at Bellevue (WA) Community College, earning all-conference honors on the mound…Transferred to Bellevue CC after one semester at Midland (TX) College…Also pitched at Inglemoor High School in Kenmore, WA (graduated 2002)…Was named the 2010 Chuck Tanner Award winner by the Pittsburgh BBWAA chapter, given annually to the Pirates player deemed most cooperative with the media.
