Games in Athens...was a batboy during the 2000 Olympics in Sydney and was chosen to work for the United States and skipper Tommy Lasorda during the Gold Medal Game against Cuba...originally signed by Minnesota as a non-drafted free agent on Feb. 7, 2001. 2011 Finished the season batting .197 with a double, triple, two home runs and six RBI...set a new career high by going 6-for-6 in stolen base attempts...Saw action at all three outfield positions including starts in left field (six) and right field (four)...hit .375 (6-for- 16) with a triple, a home run and three RBI as a right fielder... also made two starts as a designated hitter...The Dodgers were 38-23 (.623) when he appeared in a game...Collected eight hits in his first 21 at-bats (.381) including a double, a triple, a home run
