Santiago among 4 Twins to avoid arbitration

The Twins avoided arbitration with all four of their eligible players on Friday, signing Hector Santiago, Brandon Kintzler, Kyle Gibson and Ryan Pressly to one-year deals, according to a Major League source. The club has not confirmed the deals.
