Righty reliever Scott Oberg, switch-hitting infielder Cristhian Adames and right-handed hitting outfielder-first baseman Stephen Cardullo were rewarded for standout springs with spots on the Rockies' Opening Day roster, manager Bud Black announced Friday afternoon.

Made his first career Opening Day roster and spent the entire season on the active roster...Recorded his first two Major League home runs … his first was a go-ahead home run in the ninth inning, May 21 at Pittsburgh...Made 43 starts; 37 at shortstop, five at second base and one at third … batted .221 (32-for-152) as a starter...Recorded a career-high three hits three times, including in both games of the Aug. 31 doubleheader vs. Los Angeles-NL...Was 14-for-51 (.275) as a pinch-hitter … his 14 pinch hits were tied for third in the MLB.
