The Royals have signed two veterans to Minor League deals, including third baseman/outfielder Cody Asche, who made the White Sox Opening Day roster last season.

The White Sox finalized their Opening Day roster Sunday by placing left-handed starter Carlos Rodon (left biceps bursitis), reliever Juan Minaya (right abdominal strain) and outfielder Charlie Tilson (stress reaction in right foot) on the 10-day disabled list retroactive to March 30.
